Complement our team in various roles through direct entry as an experienced professional. Work in DEG's front office divisions as a (senior) manager (m/f/x) or analyst (m/f/x). For our back office divisions including Risk Management, Strategy and IT, we are looking for candidates with role-specific skills.
The only way to achieve our objectives is to ensure that our staff have hard skills in addition to the all-important soft skills. Banking expertise and experience are an advantage for direct entry at DEG, along with country and sector-specific knowledge and development policy expertise. Candidates will ideally have business fluent English as well as skills in other languages, such as French, Spanish or Portuguese.
